Delete your data

You can remove DOFIES’s access and have your data deleted at any time, in any of these ways.

Facebook and Instagram

• In DOFIES: Settings → Facebook & Instagram → Disconnect. We revoke our access with Meta and delete the stored access tokens and your Page list at once.
• On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select DOFIES → Remove. Our access ends immediately: the tokens we kept stop working. To delete them from our servers too, disconnect in DOFIES or write to us (below).

Google (Search Console and Analytics)

• In DOFIES: Settings → Google → Disconnect. We revoke our access with Google and delete the token at once.
• On Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → DOFIES → Remove access.

WordPress

In DOFIES: Settings → WordPress → Disconnect; or in your WordPress: Users → Profile → Application Passwords → revoke “DOFIES”.

Your whole account

Write to info@dofies.com from the email you sign in with, saying “Delete my DOFIES data”. We confirm the request and delete your account, your workspaces’ data and all connection tokens within 30 days (from backups within 90 days). Articles already published on your own website stay there; you control them in WordPress.
